Instructions For Submitting: 1) We accept Visa and MasterCard, checks and money orders.  Our process is fast, easy, and secure. 
2) Chose the ad/product you would like to buy by following the Next arrow.  You will be given several choices with different prices.
3) After "placing your order" and "checking out" you will be asked for your credit card information.
4) Once your credit card is approved, the Thank You page will have the link to the required form (For-Sale-By-Owner, Real Estate Agent, Feature Ad) needed for adding your property.  Choose the applicable form. 5) The final step is filling in the form and submitting.  Please review the form after submission and make sure the ad reads the way you intended.  If you need to change something just hit your back button and re-submit.  Or email us the changes along with the address, city and state of the property and we will make the changes for you.
6) If you encounter any problem, contact use immediately!

After Submitting: 1) Be sure to include a photo(s)!
    Please attach the photo(s) in a separate email as a .jpg or .gif file no larger than 300x300.
